What does "Fixed Price Promise" mean? +
The price for your home size is the most you'll pay for your Gutter Clean & Clear: £65 for a small property, £95 for a medium property and £145 for a large property. No hidden extras.
How do I know which size my home is? +
As a guide: Small means up to 1 storey (typically 1–2 bedrooms), Medium means up to 2 storeys (typically 3 bedrooms), and Large means up to 3 storeys (typically 4+ bedrooms). Pick the closest one and we'll confirm with you.
Do you clean the outside of the gutters too? +
Yes. As well as clearing the inside, we clean the outside of your gutters, soffits and fascias where applicable, so the front of your home looks refreshed too.
Can you reach three-storey homes? +
Yes. We work up to three storeys using specialist equipment, so we can reach high gutters safely.
What is Stay Refreshed? +
Stay Refreshed is our ongoing property care programme. You join for £1 with any Gutter Clean & Clear, starting with your Home Health Check & Report: an external check of your driveway, patio, paths, walls and render, with photos and a clear report (usually £79). We then come back around every six months to review the outside of your home again, so small issues are spotted before they become bigger ones.
Does joining Stay Refreshed commit me to anything? +
No contract. No pressure. Membership doesn't mean you're committing to having any work done. It means we keep an eye on your property with you and give you honest advice, so you can decide what to do and when.
Do I need to be home? +
Usually not, as long as we can safely get to all sides of the property. We'll talk about access with you when we confirm your booking.
